Information about ACT

For eight years the GCFI Drama Company - Anointed Christian Theatre (ACT), has been ministering through Drama at Glory Christian Fellowship.

Winning the Lost has been the single goal of the GCFI Drama Ministry. Original plays, seasonal pageants, park ministries, Sunday services and children's ministry are just a few of the ways that God has used ACT to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

From professional actors to rank amateurs ACT has had the distinction of offering anyone who has a heart to share Jesus through drama an opportunity to minister.

Directed by Kathleen Mitchell, who has had extensive training in the dramatic arts, ACT has made a commitment to using every part of their body from head to toe to represent the Kingdom of God and His benefits.

What is the purpose of Drama Ministry?

Our mission is to become the weak, the ugly and the unlovable so that we might save some. To share the gospel of Jesus Christ through Drama. To burn the message of the cross on the hearts and minds of our audiences.

How can I join?

Attend our next orientation and training workshop. The Adult Drama Ministry does not hold traditional auditions, we get together in a workshop environment and informational setting, this allows us to share the commitment and expectations of the Drama Ministry. Projects are ongoing and we discuss what is coming up next at those meetings. Call the church office to be placed on the Drama Ministry mailing list.

What about Children's Drama?

The Youth and Children's Drama Ministry operates on a seasonal basis and has auditions for those particular events.
